    Torque:
    15 N*m{ 155 kgf*cm , 11 ft.*lbf }

    NOTICE:
    Use the formula to calculate special torque values for situations where the union nut wrench is combined with a torque wrench (Click here).

6. INSTALL REAR RH FLEXIBLE HOSE

HINT:
The installation procedure for the RH side is the same as that for the LH side.

7. INSTALL SKID CONTROL SENSOR WIRE (w/ ABS)
  1. Install the skid control sensor wire to the axle beam with the nut.

    Torque:
    6.0 N*m{ 61 kgf*cm , 53 in.*lbf }
  1. Connect the skid control sensor wire connector.

8. INSTALL REAR WHEEL

Torque:
103 N*m{ 1050 kgf*cm , 76 ft.*lbf }

9. STABILIZE SUSPENSION
  1. Lower the vehicle from the jack.

  1. Bounce the vehicle up and down several times to stabilize the suspension.

10. FULLY TIGHTEN REAR AXLE BEAM

C107574E06
  1. Suspend the jack on the rear axle spring seat and adjust the length of the shock absorber to the reference value.

    Length of shock absorber:
    220 mm (8.66 in.)
  1. Fully tighten the 2 bolts.

    Torque:
    90 N*m{ 918 kgf*cm , 67 ft.*lbf }

11. FULLY TIGHTEN REAR SHOCK ABSORBER LH
  1. Fully tighten the shock absorber (lower side) with the bolt.

    Torque:
    49 N*m{ 500 kgf*cm , 36 ft.*lbf }

12. FULLY TIGHTEN REAR SHOCK ABSORBER RH

HINT:
The installation procedure for the RH side is the same as that for the LH side.

13. INSTALL REAR SEATBACK ASSEMBLY (for Fixed Seat Type)

B138450E01
  1. Remove the rear seat outer belt from the rear seat shoulder belt guide.

    HINT:
    Use the same procedure for both sides.
  1. Remove the rear center seat outer belt from the rear center seat shoulder belt guide.

    B134981
  1. Remove the 3 bolts.

  1. Disengage the 3 hooks and remove the rear seatback.

14. INSTALL REAR SEAT CUSHION COVER PAD SUB-ASSEMBLY (for Fixed Seat Type)

    B138623
  1. Pass the rear seat inner belt through the rear seat cushion cover pad slit.

  1. Engage the 3 hooks and install the rear seat cushion cover pad.

    NOTICE:
    Make sure that the 2 rear seat cushion lock hooks and the rear seat cushion frame are securely engaged.

15. FILL RESERVOIR WITH BRAKE FLUID
